SWR Darts Coaching use SimplyBook.me for our booking options, when you click on the option you are after it will take you to our booking website for that option and show you the booking availability for your selected coaching session.
 

Terms and Conditions – SWR Darts Coaching - As of 13.01.2026

Welcome to SWR Darts Coaching. By booking a coaching session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund. In certain circumstances, we may hold the payment for a future booking or attempt to reschedule as a goodwill gesture, but this is not guaranteed.

• We also at times will look to offer a voucher for the session if we feel it's appropriate.

• Failure to attend your session without prior notification (via email, phone call, text, or WhatsApp) will result in full loss of your booking fee.

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice can receive an 80% refund of the booking cost, if requested. Alternatively, you may reschedule for another available session slot or receive the booking as a voucher to be redeemed within 1 month of the date, but this must be arranged with SWR Darts Coaching via email, phone, or message.

• Refunds will not be processed the same day, in most cases refunds will be processed 7-10 days after the cancellation notification.

• Refunds will only be made back to the purchased account, i.e. if you purchase via PayPal refund will be done via PayPal, if you use a card via Stripe we will refund via Stripe to the account used.

• If you wish to cancel sessions, SWR Darts coaching must be contacted directly, any and all confirmation emails come from simplybook.me and will be sent from a noreply@ address which is not accessible or monitored.

• If you wish to move your session you will be allowed just 1 change of date this includes if you have purcahsed vouchers for coaching which we offer, these can be booked direct with Shaun, but if you then need to change the date we will allow only one change of date.

2. Equipment Requirements

• All coaching sessions require the use of steel-tip darts. We do not support soft-tip darts or machines.

• Players are expected to provide their own darts, flights, and stems for the session we can try different weights and styles if required during the session, but these are not available to use for coaching alone.

• Any points that break or snap during a session, SWR Darts Coaching will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your darts if they bounce out and snap.

• Failure to bring darts can result in a loss of session, as we are not alwasy able to provide you with darts to use.

3. Junior/Youth & Adult Coaching Sessions

• All junior/youth sessions are conducted in accordance with DRA regulations regarding board height and throwing distance.

• Boards will not be adjusted for age or height—standard regulations apply to all participants.

• Adult sessions if the player is aged between 16-18 they will also be required to have a parent or guardian to stay with them.

4. Attendance and Safeguarding

• Coaching sessions are strictly for the individual(s) booked.

• If you are attending with more than what you have booked for they might be asked to stay outside.

• if you book and the session after is for a friend or family memeber they will be asked to wait outside

• Junior sessions: A parent or guardian must remain present throughout the session for safeguarding purposes.

• Adult Sessions (16-18) attendees will be required to have a parent or guaardian with them at all times.

• Adult sessions (18+): Attendees may not bring additional guests unless explicitly agreed with SWR Darts Coaching in advance.

• Toilets are not available on site, anyone found using the surrounding area if you require the toilet will be reported and could be fined and prosecuted by the site's owners.

5. Venue

• The venue used has no access for wheel chairs.

• Access to the unit is via 12 metal steps or on poor weather days via main building and down steps

• Toilets are on site but now always available to use, we suggest going before your session

• Parking on-site is FREE, but at your own risk, SWR Darts Coaching hold no responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle whilst on site.

• The site and Unit is NO SMOKING OR VAPE ALLOWED, if you are seen smoking or vapping you might be asked to leave site by SWR Darts or site security

• There is no sitting area in the Unit except for the player who is in on session

• We have a max occupancy of 4 allowed at any one time.
